Graphite electrodes with nipple (various sizes)

Graphite electrodes are used in arc steel-smelting and ore-thermal furnaces for smelting high-quality alloyed and low- carbon steels, ferrous fusions and special fusions.
The advantages of graphite electrodes are: low electrical resistance; high thermal stability (resistance to thermal shock); low ash content in the electrode, which affects the quality of metal fused. We deliver high-quality graphite electrodes for electric arc furnaces of alternative current (AC)  and direct current (DC) with diverse power supply: RP - Standard Power, HP - High Power, UHP - Ultra High Power, with a diameter from 150 to 700 mm, in accordance with international standards of quality.
On the both ends of electrode there are two niduses with cylindrical or conical thread for screwing the nipple. Nipple is required to accumulation of the electrode as it is expensed in the process of steelmaking. Each electrode is equipped with nipple. Upon the request of the customer's nipples can be supplied separately from the electrodes or in addition to the kit.
 The electrodes 250 mm and more and nipples to them are made with tapered threads, 200 mm and less - after consultation with the consumer - with conical, trapezoidal cylindrical or metric threads.

The graphite blocks are manufactured in extruded or molded form. Granulometric composition, material properties, specifications, technical characteristics and manufacturing process are carefully monitored.
Graphite blocks and rods are used in many types of products and have various application possibilities. For example, in the production of elements of power supply, electromotive brushes, generator brushes, burning furnaces; in metallurgy and production of semiconductors, aerospace, chemical, energy, nuclear, glass industry, and etc.
Delivery is made from the European Union, Russia and China.


Refractory products

Refractory products are characterized by their ability to maintain their functional properties in various conditions applying high temperatures. They are used in metallurgical processes (melting, burning, evaporation, distillation, etc.), construction of high-temperature furnaces and units (reactors, engines, structural elements, etc.). Refractory materials are divided into shaped and unshaped, and divided by several characteristics: composition, degree of fire resistance, size, shape, and area of appliance. They are classified according to sizes and shapes: straight and tapered medium format, small-format and large-format; simple, complex and ultra complex, maxi-shuttle - over 60 kg, non-standard - tubes, melting pots, etc.
 Most frequently used type of refractory products is refractory bricks - straight, face, finned surface, trapezoidal, etc. In order to stow the refractory products refractory powders (mortars, chamotte clay, mullite mixture, etc.) are used.


Titanium Sheets


Титановые листыTitanium sheets have non-magnetic properties, which led to its widespread use in aerospace and aviation. Chemical equipment, ship hulls, heat exchangers, offshore platforms, and elements of the carcass and revetment of modern buildings are also made from this material.
Titanium sheets can be divided by quality of garniture into:
V - high revetment
P - improved revetment
Normal revetment - no symbol.
Titanium Sheet, can be divided depending on the deviation from the flatness into:
U - advanced flatness
Normal flatness - no symbol.
The size of the titanium sheet (mm) depending on the titanium alloy or titanium grade should be:
1. Titanium sheets with a thickness of 0.3-0.4 and 0.4-1.2 with a width of 400-600, 600, and a length of 1250-2000, 1250-2000, respectively;
2. For VТ 1 thickness 0.8-1.8 with a width of 600-800, 1000 and a length of 1250-2000;
3. For VT 1-0 width of 0,8-5,0 with the thickness of 600-800,1000,1200 and length of 1500-2000;
4. For OT4-0 thickness 5, -7,0, with a thickness 600-800,1000,1200 and length 1500-2000;
5. For OT4-1 with thick 7,0-10,5, with width of 600-8001000,1200 and length1500-3000.



Viniplast products


Винипластовая продукцияViniplast is polymeric product, which is obtained on basis of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and post chlorinated polyvinyl chloride with the addition of modifiers and fillers. This material is used in the manufacture of pipes, window and door profiles, revetment elements, chemical equipment, protective enclosures, containers and other products. If during storage and application of viniplast temperature schedule is properly maintained, then it is completely harmless, because it does not emit into the atmosphere any dangerous substances and is not explosive.
High-quality viniplast sheet has a flat rectangular shape with no bumps and impurities. Available in the following grades: Sheets of thickness to 40 mm, made by pressing (VN), sheet thickness to10 mm, obtained by extrusion (VNE), and decorative sheets 1.5-3.0 mm (VD), in production of which may both technologies can be used. The first two grades of viniplast - are non-transparent sheet that can be painted or not painted. In comparison with metals, sheet viniplast is lightweight and has a low rate of deterioration that provides a long-lasting life of structural elements. Production of viniplast products allows achieving significant savings and reduced volume of work involved; also, the material can be easily delivered by any vehicle.



ПоливинилхлоридPolyvinyl chloride (PVC, vinyl, polyvinyl, vinnol, corvik, sikron, vestolit, hostalen, jeon, sumilit, lukovil, nippeon, helvik, norvik, etc.) is a white plastic, thermoplastic polymer of vinyl chloride. Suitable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) for the production of pipes, sheets, pellicles, polyvinyl chloride fiber, shoe flexible PVC, expanded polyvinylchloride, linoleum, furniture edges, profiles for manufacturing windows and doors, corrugated pipes for electrical wire and cable, etc. Polyvinyl chloride is classified according to the method of its synthesis - emulsion and suspension. Suspension PVC is cleaner, but the production of emulsion technology is more simple and cheaper.


Polypropylene sheets

Полипропиленовые листыPolypropylene sheets are made of polymer material by extrusion (pressing out). The raw material for production of sheets serves granular material of block copolymer polypropylene - ethylene (PPC) or homogeneous polypropylene (PPH).
The main characteristics of polypropylene sheet:

  • practically not hygroscopic;
  • has a high chemical resistance;
  • resistant to atmospheric conditions;
  • has a great tensile of strength;
  • is a good non-conductor;
  • has a low density;
  • has a good ability weld;
  • easily handled and installed;
  • harmless to health.

Technical Gelatin

Желатин техническийTechnical Gelatin is derived from collagen containing raw material. The collagen from the raw material is disintegrated with alkaline and acid hydrolysis as long as it cannot be extracted with water. The fluid is concentrated and dried, yielding gelatin.
Technical Gelatin is a dry product in the form of granules, pellets, flakes or powder, yellow or light brown.
Technical gelatin is often used as a binding substance for shaping and as a component of glutinous mixtures. Technical gelatin is intended for use in the manufacture of binding in the production of solid binders, folders, boxes, for impregnating fabrics in light industry, for electrochemical processes in the metallurgical industry, in production of matches, for priming canvases and impregnated paper documents.
Depending on the quality indicators gelatin is divided into the following grades: T-11, T 9, T 7, T 4, T-2, 5.


ТиомочевинаThiourea, also known as thiocarbamide, is used in the industry as a raw material for the synthesis of mercaptans, thiols, and in the manufacture of various dyes. It is widely used in the production of synthetic resins for the separation of paraffins, as floatation agent at ore enrichment, and as reagent in the photometric determination of substances such as bismuth, ruthenium, osmium and rhenium. In agriculture, thiourea is actively used as a valuable inorganic fertilizer and fungicide. Also, thiourea is widely used in the pharmaceutical and textile industries.

Barium sulfate

Сульфат барияBarite - Natural barium sulfate. The main technological properties that define a wide range of industrial uses of barite - high density (4.3-4.6 g/cm3), chemical inertness, low hardness (low abrasive), the ability to absorb X-rays. Barite is used primarily as a weighting drilling fluids (70% of global consumption) is the best foundation in the manufacture of colored paint, special cements, stable in corrosive environments, "heavy" concrete used in the foundations of heavy structures for laying pipelines in the wetlands and under water, road construction, for a durable and flexible layer topcoats lanes at airports. The chemical industry uses in the production of barite, barium salts, also used in various other industries. We supply barium sulfate with a mass concentration of not less than 98%.


Caustic soda (sodium hydroxide)

Technical sodium hydroxide produced the following brands: SM - solid mercury (flake) SD - solid diaphragm (fused), SM - solution of mercury; CS - a chemical solution; DS - diaphragm solution
Caustic soda is used in the manufacture of artificial fibers: paper and textile industry, in soap, to clean the boiler from scale, in electroplating, cleaning of oil products and coal tar fractions.

Zinc sulphate

Zinc sulfate is produced from recycled materials and the processing of the ore with sulfuric acid. The resulting solution is used in the production of viscose as microfertilizer and an additive to fodder, a component of the electrolyte in the electrolysis of zinc and galvanizing as a flotation reagent, a component of eye drops for treatment of the wood, paper bleaching. We supply zinc sulphate with the mass concentration of not less than 35%; at the special needs of customers even above.

Rechargeable batteries or batteries for short are divided into the following levels of performance:


  • Maintenance-free, are considered the most expensive, they do not have the possibility to fill in the electrolyte, and require a very stable electric power supply system;
  • Low maintenance require some level of density and control of the electrolyte. Are a bit outdated for today;
  • Served is the cheapest and require constant monitoring of electrolyte levels, which tends to boil away.

On the constructive device lead-acid storage batteries differ on batteries with liquid electrolyte of the WET or Flooded type.

Last - the so-called sealed batteries, in turn, differ on the battery with wet-type separators, and AGM batteries with gel electrolyte type GEL. Depending on the material, which alloyed electrodes, lead-acid batteries are divided into antimony and calcium.
Sealed Battery - Lead-acid batteries that are regulated in the shell valves, which are used to reduce the in-situ pressure if tension increase occurs, for example in case of overcharge. Batteries of this type are also known as VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) or SLA (Sealed Lead Acid) batteries.
Sealed batteries have the following advantages:

  • The possibility of installation and operation in a horizontal position;
  • No acid leak, safe operation of other equipment is guaranteed;
  • gas emission into the environment is kept to a minimum;
  • No need to control the level and topping up the electrolyte.

Sealed batteries are used as power sources for portable equipment and tools in cases where the mass of the battery is not a critical factor, and at uninterruptible power supply systems for telecommunications systems, information systems for emergency equipment.

Heat exchanger according to the method of heat transfer is divided into surface, where there is no direct contact of heat transfer fluids and heat transfer occurs through a solid wall, and mixing, where the fluids come into contact directly. Surface heat exchangers, in turn, are subdivided into recuperative and regenerative, depending on the simultaneous or alternate contact with the coolant wall separating them.
